In case flood publishing issues are taking more time than usual due to unexpected blockers, we can proceed with some of the other steps in Gossipsub 1.1 upgrade and come back to flood publishing soon.

Planning to run a shadow simulator for gossipsub 1.1 testing for py-libp2p once we are ready with the remaining 2 milestones.

Wish to share the scripts on Gossipsub performance measurement are ready for 3 libp2p modules from a shadow simulator's perspective. We will work on the script on py-lib2p with you and @Khwahish29 soon.

Thanks for the update @seetadev ! Me and @mystical-prog will be wrapping up the flood publishing part shortly and will then move forward with peer scoring. There aren’t any blockers on our end - we were just caught up with some university commitments and graduation formalities since we're both from the same university. Things are easing up now, and we’re syncing back to make steady progress on the remaining milestones.
