- Select "Use this template" and set up a new repo under your personal GitHub account. Make it private.
- Create a new issue in your new repo using the "Set and track a goal" template
- Work with your manager to identify a relevant goal and fill in the details
- Repeat as desired until you've established 2-3 well-defined goals
- Add the goals to a new Project board to track progress
- Every week, leave a short comment on each goal describing any progress, challenges, blockers, or accomplishments
