@mwetter I am creating this draft PR to show the new G36 folder structure to support multiple G36 versions within the MBL.

• The branch I am submitting had all its merge conflicts resolved through 07/30/26.
• The folder changes were executed using the standard BuildingsPy refactoring capability. The process may require approximately 1 hour to complete.
• I found that merging these changes will cause merge conflicts with any models referencing classes in the G36 package. The refactoring will have to be executed during a period when no new updates are made to the master branch. Any development branches that are in-process at the time will need to merge these changes and resolve the conflicts.
• The branch also includes some placeholders scripts in this package. They will need to be updated in the future depending on how we choose to structure the update packages and automate the maintenance.

Based on discussion with @mwetter and @JayHuLBL on 09/03/26:

• For major release 14, add new folder for G36_2021 with just chiller and boiler plant.
• Current air-handling unit sequences will stay in G36_2018.
• G36_2024 is planned for later.
• Verify updates to conversion scripts required to execute package changes.
