[13.x] Support brick/math 0.20

As per: https://github.com/brick/math/releases/tag/0.20.0

This means if our app or other packages use 0.20, framework works as expected.

I double checked the release and don't see any B/C that affect the framework, so here we are 🫡

ramsey/uuid still doesn't even support brick/math 0.19 so we are not pulling in any of the version
