feat: Add o3-mini and o3-mini-2025-01-31 model variants

Summary

This PR adds support for two new model variants: o3-mini and o3-mini-2025-01-31. The changes include:

• Added model configuration files for both variants in OpenAI and OpenRouter providers
• Updated position files to include the new models in the correct order
• Added model options to Azure OpenAI configuration
• Set context window size to 200,000 tokens for both models
• Configured pricing at $1.10/M tokens for input and $4.40/M tokens for output
• Added support for response format options (text/json_object)
• Included agent-thought feature support

These additions will allow users to access and utilize these new model variants through our platform.
