fix: add missing settings to zenohcpp-tmp conanfile - had to include "os" to not trick conan into thinking I'm crosscompiling refactor: move cpp configuration to "layout()" - this seems to be the proper way, see the warning at the end of this section: https://docs.conan.io/2/reference/tools/cmake/cmaketoolchain.html#extending-and-advanced-customization ci: update ci definition
