## What ❔ Changes `received_at` timestamp assignment for transactions, so that it's reassigned on persistence. ## Why ❔ This makes ordering by `received_at` timestamp causal (transactions with an earlier timestamp cannot be added to the DB after transactions with a later timestamp).
