add How to use the Konnectivity service with a Highly Available control plane

Hello, I struggled with Konnectivity and an highly available remote control plane.
The documentation is sparse and I found the info I needed by recouping several github issues from different repositories.
I sumarrized it in this little addition to the Konnectivity documentation
