- init(): default ARC-URL for live fee policy byttet fra arc.taal.com til https://arc.gorillapool.io (mainnet). GorillaPool har ingen testnet-ARC, så testnet beholder arc-test.taal.com som nøkkelløs fallback. Bruker-overstyring via config.services.arcUrl uendret. - TAAL_API_KEY fjernet fra init. wallet-toolbox sin SetupEnv krever fortsatt taalApiKey-feltet — settes nå fra generisk ARC_API_KEY (tom default; GorillaPool trenger ingen nøkkel). Ingen nøkkel hardkodet. - types.ts: kommentarer for feeModel/arcUrl oppdatert til ny default. - test/feePolicy.test.ts: provenance-kommentar oppdatert (asserter ingen URL).
