2. 调整项目结构、移除多余的目录
1.disconf.user_define_download_dir参数不为空时，才COPY配置文件至用户自定义目录,不在使用默认均下载的逻辑 2.disconf.enable_local_download_dir_in_class_path，自动识别配置文件路径并下载配置文件到相应Classpath）
2. 统一使用slf4j+log4j日志，移除原有Logback使用 3. 修改集成时容易冲突依赖包的scope属性为provided 5. 修复邮件在安全模式下无法正常发送的问题
