Refactor translation keys for configuration status from 'Okay'/'NotOkay' to 'Found'/'NotFound' for improved clarity. Introduce a 'Missing' status for metadata and structure configurations when some, but not all, default records exist. This provides more granular user feedback and distinguishes incomplete setups from entirely missing ones, using a warning alert.
