LTP have done a new release so let's upgrade all our LTP related
versions, including moving the rootfs to trixie.

  • rootfs: ltp: Update Kirk to v2.3
  • rootfs: ltp: Update to the 20250930 release
  • rootfs-configs: Move LTP root filesystem to trixie

Upgrade to the latest version of Kirk, v2.3, to get a number of improvements
including much reduced verbosity when running in batch mode.

LTP has done a new release, let's update to it. Since we started using Kirk
it has actually become the default LTP runner and is also included as a
submodule in the LTP git, however we don't currently install or use any of
the other submodules LTP has so save switching over to that for a separate
change. We may also want to update Kirk more aggressively for some reason
in future.

Debian have released a new version, trixie. Update our LTP rootfs image to
use it, the LTP image is fairly straightforward and doesn't use any
libraries with version numbers in the package name so it is a fairly simple
change.

Having trouble catching results in the dashboard but the jobs do seem to be running fine, eg: https://lava.sirena.org.uk/scheduler/job/1951396

- net-tools
- ntfs-3g
- python3
script: "scripts/bookworm-ltp.sh"

Since we are not removing scripts/bookworm-ltp.sh, should we keep bookworm-ltp. We can remove it after this PR gets merged and all jobs switches to trixie-ltp rootfs.
