To support non-standard Ubiquiti logs that look like: ``` May 28 00:35:45 MSP CEF:0|Ubiquiti|UniFi Network|9.1.120|Admin Activity|Admin Accessed UniFi Network|1|msg=XXX opened UniFi Network via the iOS mobile app. ```
This reverts commit d276c41.
* The timestamp locales don't match yet.
* Still need to sort out the tz part of it.

Why not parse the sub-second granularity information?

I just wanted see if it worked as is before I made it any more complicated . . . then I forgot 🤦 . I can certainly add it.
