This feels like a v0.8 - getting closer to a real, although basic instrument
- Generic input-to-effect mapping essentially completed with a basic selection GUI in the effect list
- Sustain (volume interpolated in / out, last frequency maintained)
- Fixed bug with app not shutting down fully if Leap device not plugged in
- Addition of new input types (finger angles, fist tightness, etc)
