Adds a design + implementation plan for the spell system, scoped to Phase 1: mana, a one-slot spell hotbar (Fireball only), and attack-phase click-to-cast.

What's in this PR

  • .cursor/plans/spell_system_phase1_fireball.plan.md — full spell design (mana, cooldown, charges, charge-up, material costs, sustain) plus Phase 1 file checklist and tests
  • Open questions section at the bottom — please fill in on desktop before implementation

Not included (yet)

No game code changes — plan only. Implement Phase 1 locally or ask a cloud/desktop agent to follow the plan after answering the questions.

  2. Review the plan markdown and answer the open questions
