README.md + AGENTS.md cleanup. Removed: OpenClaw/Hermes section, classify_and_route refs, register_path low-level API, kalibr auth --agent --email flags. Kept: kalibr prompt for coding agent onboarding, kalibr auth device code, all Router/HealConfig/pipeline docs.
