Docker 27.5.1 was released on 22 January 2025 and is the last release on the version 27.Y.Z.
Docker 28.3.3 was released on 29 July 2025. The release notes includes
- The
--timeoption on docker stop and docker restart is deprecated and renamed to--timeout. docker/cli#5485
Given that
grep -r -e "--time" binderhubreturn nothing, it looks safe to me to merge.
