This is the equivalent of GFiles command for Mercurial repositories.
With that command we can search either git repositories or hg ones.
Instead of searching for the repo where the currently opened file is, use the current working directory of Vim.

Tried my best to make an equivalent of GFiles command for Mercurial repositories.
I'm not at all experienced in vimscript, therefore I expect it has some defects.
Nevertheless in my tests it seems to work okay.
