Customized TinyMCE editors for EPiServer.

Features

• Add two editors, Simple and Advanced.
• Simple contains text formatting (bold and italic)
• Advanced contains more buttons, but hide most of them using a "Kitchen sink" button.
• Enableds <iframe> support
• Fixes Firefox 11 "hidden text" bug
• Changes to the editor i admin mode will not be overwritten
