Pull Request: Add Spiking AIS Estimator for Spike Trains
Summary
This pull request introduces an implementation of the Active Information Storage (AIS) estimator for spike trains. This implementation shares the overall structure of a Spiking Transfer Entropy (TE) estimator using KSG method but uses a different surrogate‐generation strategy tailored to AIS.
