Tested on Chrome, FF, Opera on Windows and Android.
Martin tested on iPad with one problem (download opens in browser instead of downloading which seems to be an iOS feature).
Implemented on http://kiwisdr.ve3sun.com:8073/ should you wish to test further before merging.
WF_delay - I would like a better way to know the exact time a waterfall line is actually created. For now, I am using the delay calculated in the dx(arr) function. Perhaps you know a better way. Seems to be good to within a second now, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist.
