Modern digital systems run on signals.

My work examines the governance conditions under which signals are generated, admitted, interpreted, propagated, and relied upon across digital environments.

This includes structural governance questions relating to signal integrity, identity continuity, consent architecture, measurement conditions, and governance exposure.

The focus is upstream.

Not on data after it appears in dashboards, reports, attribution systems, or AI environments — but on the structural conditions that shape those outcomes earlier.
