- User can define the k-value for the automatic thresholding values (TextBox entry in thresholding selection process)

Bug fixes
- Selection of threshold value when using the automatic, cell fate dependent threshold
- Previously both cells had to be outside to use the outside cell threshold, this was not consistent with the previous MATLAB version and has now been changed. i.e. if cell1 or cell2 is an outside cell, use the outside threshold.
