- Record movement tracking: The movement of records between different departments is logged.
- Process completion: The completion of processes related to the records is recorded.
- Process tracking: Allows interested parties to track the status of their processes.
- Record prioritisation: Administrators can order records by priority, enabling more efficient management of urgent or important processes.
- Internal and external applicants: Interested parties can be employees of the University of Lima (ULima) or external entities, such as individuals or institutions.
