Fries v2.0.3

A few additions and fixes before moving on to v2.1. This is more like a documentation update rather than features.

• Documentation now runs on Jekyll
• Removed grunt-connect since we're now using Jekyll
• Made Stack.js async
• Made the component examples bleed on screens < 480px
• Adds Add to Homescreen support in the examples.
• A few bug fixes

This release fixes the issue with examples not loading styles and scripts. Also, updates the pop animation to make it look more native.
