Automatically create an update.json for the launcher.

Also the iwds are now not contained in the zip anymore, but downloaded separately.

Is there a reason for the iwds not being in the zip anymore? It was more convenient having them in the zip IMO.

Because the launcher downloads them from GitHub releases and only downloads, what changed.
If there is only one zip, it needs to download the entire zip, even if only a single tiny file changed.

Is there any possibility to have a zip that also contains the iwds? For people like me who like to manually back up the releases, it'd be far more convenient to have a zip with the iwds as well.
