Wormpose v1.1.0-beta

Wormpose can now handle images where the worm is lighter than the background, with the option "worm_is_lighter" which will be saved in the configuration file like the resize option.

Migrated to new Travis-ci.com website

Added some warning and early error about frames timestamp which is optional in tierspsy but necessary at the moment for wormpose
