O script 0.1.7.1-cras_2017_2019.R faz o download da base bruta do Censo Cras para os anos 2017, 2018 e 2019 e salva na pasta data-raw/CRAS do Projeto.
O script também tem todo o processo de leitura, limpeza, checagem e geolocalização dos Cras. Os .csv finais são salvos no caminho data/acesso_oport/cras com o formato cras_ano.csv.
O geocoding e checagem via API do Google foi feito localmente, deixei essas etapas comentadas no script. Todos os endereços geolocalizados das bases nos 3 anos estão salvos no arquivo data/acesso_oport/cras/geocode_cras.csv
