Fix smooth surface for target creation #898

The smooth surface is used for creating targets for robot positioning. This smoothing method corrects small segmentation deformations, closes holes, and slightly inflates the smooth surface. The inflation is crucial for the safety of the robot's target, ensuring that the coil target is slightly away (in the millimeter range) from the scalp. This separation allows the force and torque control to perform better.
