refactor(core): simplify cache store and key generation methods

This pull request includes changes to the Cache class in the packages/core/lib/cache/cache.ts file. The changes refactor the class by replacing methods with static property assignments.

Refactoring changes:

• packages/core/lib/cache/cache.ts: Replaced the store method with a static property assignment to CacheStore.
• packages/core/lib/cache/cache.ts: Replaced the genKey method with a static property assignment to GenCacheKey.

Improvements:

• The refactored code is more readable and easier to maintain.
• The refactored code is more performant as it avoids the overhead of creating new instances of the Cache class methods.
