tt.atomic_poll timeout path unsupported #7391

The atomic_poll timeout path calls TargetInfoBase::getGlobalTimer and crash.

Repro: test_atomic_poll_timeout[0-False], test_atomic_poll_timeout[1-True].

Need revert this commit to verify implementation: a72e7fb
