Add operator-facing docs flagged as high-impact in the May 2026 SPO feedback form.
- guide: add Glossary, "Restart & Recovery" matrix, and a known-good-state
checklist; replace the "undocumented" C-library steps with libsodium (IOG
fork) / secp256k1 / libblst commands mirroring the cardano-node dev portal.
- migration.markdown (new): ordered migration from on-disk KES key to the
agent, incl. the foreground-to-systemd move.
- troubleshooting.markdown (new): journalctl filters, info-output guide, and
symptom/fix entries (e.g. benign bootstrap "connecting...").
- faq: add the missing "agent restarts" case.
- README: link the four docs.
