For the Nodejs LTS 8.9.4
NPM has changed to version 5.6.0. The file caching_client.js is not available in npm 5.6.0

Patch for Nodejs LTS Carbon 8.9.4 and [email protected]
"npm cache clean" is now "npm cache verify". This must be changed in npm-base.bbclass
