跳转自身并运行： ${URLScheme.forRunningScript()}&act=todo&data=hello

提示：如果是在加载器中加载的组件代码中运行，则跳转到执行的是加载器的名称（这样就不用用 encodeURIComponent(Script.name() 来构造URL了
