Description
This PR adds a complete CircleCI v2 configuration for our CI/CD pipeline, enabling automated test coverage reporting, build validation, and deployment of both the Rails application and its Storybook.
More Details
I would like someone to help with this! A lot of the checks that fail are mostly on dependencies not being correct throughout the entire program.
