Console warning of control misconfiguration not clear

It is not clear why the warning is displayed for "UpdateQuickPickInfo" event in case i=0

Picklist configuration is valid Text / Runtime = Y

We need to consider removing the warning or understanding what is the possible misconfiguration in the tools for the control

This warning could be also generated when picklist is not bounded. The warning should specify the control name, and it should be option to disable warnings
