[BUG]? Can't play offline music with Android Auto plugin

🐛 Description

What is the issue?
I have tried Android Auto plugin in my car. It works well while I have an internet connection and in online mode. But, it doesn't work when I am in offline mode (it works well on the phone offline).

How can we reproduce this bug?

1. Open the app
2. Plug in Auto
3. Tap on Auto plugin in the app
4. Start playing music
   Is Auto plugin supposed to work offline ?

It would be nice to have a "offline mode" where app maintains almost all functionality but is restricted to available tracks.
