chore: upgrade tailwind

Description

Upgraded Tailwind to v4.

v4 has new base styles that required updating some of the styles in the api explorer.

In the same version bump, I also updated the inference table to show the full json instead of parsing the inputs and outputs. This is to prevent future breakage in case the input/output structure doesn't follow the open ai spec.
