💡 What: Converted AppTheme.darkTheme and AppTheme.lightTheme getters to static final variables so that the expensive ThemeData creation happens only once. Added a performance benchmark test to verify the optimization.

🎯 Why: ThemeData creation in Flutter builds many nested configurations (like TextTheme, ColorScheme, AppBarTheme, etc.). Recreating it on every access (via getters) incurs unnecessary overhead, leading to poor performance. Caching the immutable ThemeData instances prevents this overhead.

📊 Measured Improvement:
Created a test/theme_benchmark_test.dart to measure the cost of fetching these properties repeatedly (1000 iterations).

Before changes:
Baseline darkTheme (1000 iterations): 235 us
Baseline lightTheme (1000 iterations): 67 us

After changes (caching as static final):
Baseline darkTheme (1000 iterations): 146 us
Baseline lightTheme (1000 iterations): 23 us

Performance significantly improved (~40% improvement in darkTheme and ~65% in lightTheme creation/access).

Convert `darkTheme` and `lightTheme` getters in `AppTheme` to static
final variables. This prevents the expensive creation of new `ThemeData`
instances on every access, significantly improving the performance.
