As discussed (#194), this is a tool to make it easier to perform interactive analysis of sample data in R/other environments. I'd prefer this to be in a different package; I think it's past time to split
wardeninto subpackages so e.g., other tools can pull in the marker formats without building the whole thing (#195).! @novemberkilo @erikd-ambiata @NaevaTheCat
