Change Description
Removes the /timing and /job_graph APIs which were fine but still needed a join with the main job list to be useful. We might as well push everything into the same API and do it properly upfront.
Therefore, this introduces a job listing API to support timing, job group, and dag charts with a single customizable, scalable API call. Also rolls in a number of improvements relative to our v1 and v2 jobs APIs.
JobInstanceQuery,JobQuotedExactMatchQuery,JobKeywordQuery) useIN (SELECT ...)across all batches before filtering again)Reversability
Fully reversable.

The page is short but has a next_page link, so the client keeps following it. However rare the filter, no single request scans more than 50,000 ids.
Expanding one job group (just its own jobs, not subgroups)
{ "jobs": [ {"job_id": 1001, "job_group_id": 3, "name": "vep-chr1-shard-0001", "state": "Success", "start_time": 1792060012000, "end_time": 1792060431000, "latest_attempt_duration": null, "exit_code": null, "cost": null, "attempts": null, "parent_ids": null, "parent_ids_truncated": null}, {"job_id": 1002, "job_group_id": 3, "name": "vep-chr1-shard-0002", "state": "Running", "start_time": 1792060015000, "end_time": null, "latest_attempt_duration": null, "exit_code": null, "cost": null, "attempts": null, "parent_ids": null, "parent_ids_truncated": null} ], "include": ["start_time", "end_time"], "pagination": { "first_job_id": 1001, "last_job_id": 1002, "next_page": {"scan_start_job_id": 1003, "scan_direction": "forward"}, "previous_page": null, "page_end_reason": "limit", "scan_range": {"min": 1001, "max": 25000, "stable_below_job_id": 120001}, "total_jobs": null } }scan_range is narrowed to the group's own id range, so the scan doesn't touch the other ~95k jobs. Every key is present even when it wasn't requested, which means one response type covers every request.
Timing / Gantt view: fetch everything in fixed blocks
Step 1 finds the extent of the batch without scanning any jobs:
{"jobs": [], "include": [], "pagination": {"first_job_id": null, "last_job_id": null, "next_page": null, "previous_page": null, "page_end_reason": null, "scan_range": {"min": 1, "max": 120000, "stable_below_job_id": 120001}, "total_jobs": null}}Step 2 fetches 1,000-id blocks across that range (these can run in parallel), here with per-attempt timing and cost rate:
{ "jobs": [ {"job_id": 1, "job_group_id": 1, "name": "split-intervals", "state": "Success", "start_time": null, "end_time": null, "latest_attempt_duration": null, "exit_code": null, "cost": null, "attempts": [ {"attempt_id": "Xk2pQa", "instance_name": "batch-worker-default-standard-q7d2m", "start_time": 1792059601000, "end_time": 1792059844000, "reason": "preempted", "cost_per_hour": 0.0213}, {"attempt_id": "R9mzT1", "instance_name": "batch-worker-default-standard-h4c8w", "start_time": 1792059902000, "end_time": 1792060190000, "reason": "completed", "cost_per_hour": 0.0213} ], "parent_ids": null, "parent_ids_truncated": null} ], "include": ["attempts", "attempts.cost_per_hour"], "pagination": {"first_job_id": 1, "last_job_id": 1000, "next_page": {"scan_start_job_id": 1001, "scan_direction": "forward"}, "previous_page": null, "page_end_reason": "scan_size", "scan_range": {"min": 1, "max": 120000, "stable_below_job_id": 120001}, "total_jobs": null} }(Only one of the 1,000 jobs is shown.) Asking for attempts.cost_per_hour brings in attempts too. The preempted first attempt and its retry both appear, each on its own instance.
DAG view: parent edges
{"jobs": [ {"job_id": 1001, "job_group_id": 3, "name": "vep-chr1-shard-0001", "state": "Success", "start_time": null, "end_time": null, "latest_attempt_duration": null, "exit_code": null, "cost": null, "attempts": null, "parent_ids": [1], "parent_ids_truncated": false} ], "include": ["parent_ids"], "pagination": {"first_job_id": 1001, "last_job_id": 2000, "next_page": {"scan_start_job_id": 2001, "scan_direction": "forward"}, "previous_page": null, "page_end_reason": "scan_size", "scan_range": {"min": 1, "max": 120000, "stable_below_job_id": 120001}, "total_jobs": null}}A page also ends early (page_end_reason: "parent_edges") once its jobs have 10,000 parent edges between them, so even a very dense fan-in can't blow up the response.
Just a count
{"jobs": [], "include": ["total_jobs"], "pagination": {"first_job_id": null, "last_job_id": null, "next_page": null, "previous_page": null, "page_end_reason": null, "scan_range": {"min": 1, "max": 120000, "stable_below_job_id": 120001}, "total_jobs": null}}total_jobs is either exact or null when counting could be too costly (as on this 120k-job batch), and never an estimate. On a small batch or group it comes back as a number.

Impact Description
Everything in analogy with preexisting patterns. But, there's a new API, taking user supplied values and building (properly parameterized) SQL queries. So worth some double checking
