Update CI from https://github.com/napi-rs/napi-rs/blob/v2/cli/src/new/ci-template.ts Windows i686 is disabled because I don't know hot to fix it

riscv64 gnu linux support was added in napi-rs 2.17.0.
This PR adds riscv64 linux gnu support and updates the CI yaml.
There are test failures about GenerateMap that doesn't seem to be caused by this PR.
And windows i686 build is also failing.
