* move most of btcrecover into a "proper" module * remove make-unicode.py and implement as a --utf8 command-line switch * add run-all-tests.py plus a mention of it in TUTORIAL.md * update unit tests to cleanly run under green * remove decorator.py; instructions for pyopencl will install it * some misc. minor bug fixes found along the way
