For some reason the option "-rdrand" for tools/rand does not work. It outputs non-random results. I just fix it.
I should mention that for Ubuntu16.x, "rdseed_bytes" in codes causes compilation error. However, I deleted it and then all is well. I wonder if it will be used in future.
