This PR introduces two new features to the book app:
1️⃣ Create Book Feature (create_book.txt)
2️⃣ List All Books Feature (list_all_books.txt)
These changes have been implemented in separate branches (develop & feature), merged into develop, and are now ready to be merged into main.
