This PR migrates Badge/Tag (the two pill systems) and the status dot onto base.
Ten banner-style Tags with a paragraph inside are now Callouts, not pills, and the removable contract tag chips are base Buttons. Both old files are deleted.
Found along the way
ui/badgerestyled by className; the size, radius and type they set by hand are now variants. The traces Ok / Error pills drop their uppercase.divwith an onClick inside a form; they aretype="button"buttons now, so they cannot submit it.Base/Foundations/SemanticColorsin foundry shows the four state tokens and their alpha steps, which already existed inindex.css.
