Make sure the version of WPILib is 2023.4.2, otherwise you will not be able to deploy.
Vision coprocessor must be connected to the rio via an ethernet cable, and it must be started up before you deploy, otherwise the connection will not be established. For more instructions on using vision with the bot, consult grantmgci2025.
