Move the checked-in example smoke into the dotagents QA skill and expose task-specific entry points for install/sync checks and optional Codex runtime proof. Keep smoke:examples as a compatibility alias while documenting the new qa:example workflow.

qa:examplescript owns the task runner, whilesmoke:examplesremains as a compatibility alias.The QA skill docs now point at the task-based runner and the renamed core reference, with plugin-specific proof left out of this breakout so it can land independently of plugin support.
