We’re already wiring up a websocket connection which would either be a duplicate or be connecting to the wrong Ditto Cloud instance in the case of custom deployments.

This PR disables the
enableDittoCloudSyncparameter when initializing theDittoIdentity. This is not wanted because the app has a websocket connection wired up explicitly inDittoManager.
