• Removed broken trust-autoscaler-ca feature. For cf-app-autoscaler
  integration, the router CA or organizational CA must be trusted, which is
  already handled by the trust-org-ca feature.

• OCFP feature now automatically includes blacksmith-integration,
  doomsday-integration, netop-access, sysop-access, and toolbelt.
  Deprecation warnings are issued when these features are specified separately
  alongside ocfp.

• • Fixed vsphere datastores regex to prevent credhub variable confusion.
    The first attempt at this introduced a regular expression that was not
    supported by vsphere. This change corrects the regex to be supported by
    vsphere, at the cost of allowing an invalid empty string to be passed, which
    should be caught by the validation in the CPI.
